In 1984, Beth Guskay co-founded an independent agency alongside her father, Ronald Hasten. Over the past four decades, Beth has been dedicated to advancing the agency’s presence in the Central Florida region. Throughout her illustrious career, she has actively contributed to various Board of Directors and Agent Forum Symposiums as a representative for Florida agents, leveraging her wealth of knowledge to enhance the products and market standing of insurance companies.
As a hands-on agency owner, Beth remains deeply engaged in daily client service, cultivating a substantial referral base and establishing a significant community presence. She is personally committed to preserving the warm, family-friendly atmosphere she has painstakingly built within the agency. Moreover, Beth underscores the importance of actively collaborating with her agents to foster a cohesive and effective team-oriented office, a principle she believes is vital to the agency’s success.
Having been a part of the Lakeland community since 1977, Beth is happily married to her high school sweetheart, John, for 44 years. Together, they have a thriving son, a successful daughter, and are proud grandparents to six grandchildren.
